Agile Fluency Game Workshop

In this 2-day Agile Fluency Game Facilitators' workshop, you will experience the Agile Fluency Game simulation and then learn how to facilitate and debrief the game for others, leading to valuable insights.

The Agile Fluency Game is a physical board game focusing on the experience of team members using agile practices and approaches. It was developed so that experiments that occur in game play lead to new insights about your real-world options. Game players learn about the benefits and trade-offs of adopting agile practices.  Early registrations help us plan our venue space, costs, catering, and supplies. To encourage early signups, registration costs are time-based as follows:

• Early Adopter registration (January 29-February 28) - $1089

• Regular registration (March 1-March 31) - $1249
